Creating part and mold drawings, and quoting tooling cost foreign or domestic
-solid works with mold flow
We have solid works to build based on the design. Mold flow tests the hypothetical possibilities of the tool. It will demonstrate how the plastic will move and at what temperature will it cool. Mold flow testing determines if the design & material will work or not.
CMM (coordinate measuring machine) for critical & precise measurements on all projects. Traditional gauges and calipers are also used.
Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machining is a manufacturing process in which pre-programmed computer software dictates the movement of factory tools and machinery. The CNC Machining process is suitable for a wide range of materials, including metals, plastics, wood, glass, foam, and composites
The hot stamping process uses a heated die to apply foil or pigment to a substrate. This process can be used on various materials, including paper, plastic, and metal. Hot foil stampers are often used to create labels, decals, and other decorative elements.
Pad printing, also called tampography or tampo printing, is an indirect offset (gravure) printing process where a silicon pad takes a 2-D image from a laser engraved (etched) printing plate (also called cliché) and transfers it to a 3-D object.
Injecting plastic materials molten by heat into a mold, and then cooling and solidifying them. The method is suitable for the mass production of products with complicated shapes, based on your own design.
Once your product is manufactured, FAQ Manufacturing will assemble and package the items for complete design to consumer-use product.
When needed, FAQ Manufacturing has the equipment and staff to handle the project.
